I AM______; Why 'I AM' is so powerful with Manifesting your BEST Life
The other day I was listening to a Super Soul Sunday Podcast episode titled: Wayne Dyer: The Art of Manifestation. Anything with the word manifestation I’m immediately pressing play, immediately. If you don’t know who Wayne Dyer is, you're not alone, I also had no idea who he was. I performed a quick google search, long story short, he’s a world renowned self-help, motivational author, speaker, and good friends with Oprah.
There were so many gems dropped in this episode, but the diamond that had me shook was Dyer’s explanation for using the words ‘I AM’
“Your greatest power is in how you use the words ‘I AM’ Always use the name ‘I AM’ as the name of God……..Everytime you’re using the name ‘I AM’ you’re really using the name of God....You have to call things that don’t exist as if they did exist.”
To support his statement, Dyer and Oprah referenced Exodus 3:13-15, when Moses is called by God from the burning bush.
“Then Moses said to God, “If I come to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you, and they ask me, ‘What is His name?’ What shall I say to them?” God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Say this to the people of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” God also said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations.”
I WAS SO SHOOK!
Do a quick google search and you’ll find the power of using the words ‘I AM’ for the Law of Attraction to co-create your own reality.
The beauty of ‘I AM’ is only YOU can use 'I AM' for YOU, no one else can use 'I AM' over your life!
As soon as you say the words ‘I AM’ you include God in whatever it is your about to announce over YOUR OWN LIFE.
“The words ‘I am’, which you consistently use to define who you are and what you are capable of, are holy expressions for the name of God—the highest aspect of yourself.”
With manifestation, everything starts with you, one part of manifesting is speaking things from the mental/spiritual realm into physical existence as you are the co-creator of your life.
Remember you can manifest the good and bad in your life. When you start sentences with ‘ I AM’ in essence your casting either a blessing or a curse over your own life. If you say “ I AM SAD or I AM DEPRESSED” the universe will bring more things into your life to be sad or depressed about. If ‘ I AM’ is God you are using the power of GOD to lead and cast something good or bad over your own life.
For example, I realized there’s been many times when I’ve stated "I AM LIVID." Although during those times something or someone caused me to have those feelings, I had control to change that situation even in how I spoke those feelings over my life. When I state "I AM LIVID" it causes a physical heaviness over me which doesn't feel good. In fact, I feel more angry. Now yes you can and are allowed to have these feelings of anger, hurt, etc because we’re human.
Now knowing that 'I AM' is God I'm much more aware to follow it up with words that are aligned with God's light and love, saying: “I AM LIVID but you know what, I AM BLESSED”. Now, I feel better, lighter, blessed, and according to law of attraction in alignment to attract more blessings. Boom.
Honestly y'all I can’t even be around people that speak constant negativity over their own lives.
I can’t do that energy, I knew someone that would say "I AM BROKE" all the time and you know what he was broke, looked broke too. Naw I’m good on that, even hearing and being around that person changed up my own energy. I also have a close family member, unfortunately this person would always say "I AM POOR". This person began to live in filth, dressed in rags, and it later turned into having poor health (this person ended up having thousands of dollars in their bank account). Remember you're using the power of God, which is nothing to play with, to affirm your life.
Even if you’re not where you want to be financially, emotionally, etc, you have to break the habit and still speak abundance, love, health, and positivity over your life. ALWAYS!! The universe is always conspiring to provide you with the best life has to offer, but that's not without the absence of lessons along the way. Using 'I AM' also helps with learning with those lessons too.
I know it’s hard, bills piling up, Chase Checking at $3.41, Savings at $0.85, student loans at $143,000, love life in shambles, lonely, no abs, overweight, etc. This is the time where you definitely need to let God in to do its thang and it all starts with 'I AM.'
If you don’t know where to start, start with 'I AM' and literally let God lead and take the wheel.
Go from I am broke to I AM ALWAYS ATTRACTING MONEY
Go from I am fat to I AM HEALTHY AND LOSING WEIGHT DAILY
Go from I am lonely to I AM LOVE AND ALWAYS ATTRACTING LOVE
So starting today, with God, the universe, the Supreme Being, the Source Energy at the forefront and foundation (literally) of your life and words. In order to manifest the physical you have to connect on the spiritual level, your highest vibrating level, which is God. Allow the power of God, the universe, to manifest the absolute best life you deserve.

I AM HEALTHY
I AM FINANCIALLY ABUNDANT
I AM POWERFUL
I AM ACHEIVING MY GOALS WITH EASE
I AM GRATEFUL
I AM LIVING MY BEST LIFE
I AM BLESSED
I AM RADIATING POSITIVE ENERGY FROM THE INSIDE OUT
I AM ATTRACTING GOOD ENERGY BY BEING GOOD ENERGY
I AM…..
